This Sunday, the Mohammed V Complex is hosting the 142nd Casablanca derby in history for the 10th day of Botola. A meeting under high tension between the two enemy brothers and eternal rivals since nearly 4,000 police officers should be mobilized.

They will certainly be 45,000 people massing in the Mohammed V Complex to encourage their favorite team and the security authorities of the city of Casablanca are ready to prevent any overflow. Indeed, 3,900 police officers will be mobilized for this meeting which will also attract thousands of supporters outside the stadium.

Rajaoui supporters in black
Supporters of Raja Casablanca decided to wear black during the derby against Wydad Casablanca on behalf of the 10th day of Botola. According to a press release from "Curva Sud", this decision was taken to protest the ban on their tifo by the authorities during the match between the Greens and Esperance of Tunis on the sidelines of the Champions League .

"In addition to banning our 3D tifo, the authorities forced us to reveal the content of all of our tifos and wait for their validation, which the" South Curva "refused. It is an attack on the freedom of expression of the "Magana". We therefore ask supporters to respect our decision and to wear black to make our voices heard, ”the press release said.

Arryadia puts little dishes in the big ones
The SNRT group will offer a new device for the derby. Thus 18 cameras will be used to broadcast the meeting, which starts at 3 p.m. at the Mohammed V complex in Casablanca. It’s a record for a Botola match as the group claims on social media. In addition, Arryadia will start broadcasting around the derby at 1 p.m. live from the Casablanca stadium.
